This Cookie Policy explains how CREEDBOX TECHNOLOGIES LTD ("Creedbox", "we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on Zyncable websites and web dashboards at https://zyncable.com. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function (for example keeping you signed in) or remember preferences. Similar technologies may include local storage used by the browser for the same purposes (including storing your cookie preferences and product analytics identifiers).
2. Who is responsible
Cookies on the Service are set by Creedbox and, where required for authentication or analytics, by our infrastructure or analytics providers acting on our behalf (notably Supabase for session management and PostHog for product analytics when you consent).
3. Cookies we use
We use essential, functional, and analytics cookies (and similar technologies). We do not use third-party advertising or marketing advertising cookies on Zyncable as of the date of this Policy.
Essential cookies are always active because they are necessary to provide the Service you request (for example signing in). Functional and analytics cookies run only after you accept them through our cookie banner or Cookie settings. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not prevent you from signing in.

4. Why we use them
- Essential: security and core functionality (authentication, access control, and storing your cookie preferences)
- Functional: remembering UI preferences for a better dashboard experience
- Analytics: product usage insights and reliability improvements
5. Managing cookies
On first visit (and when our consent version changes), we show a cookie banner where you can Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Manage preferences for functional and analytics cookies. You can change your mind later using Cookie settings in the website footer.
You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential authentication cookies will prevent you from signing in to Zyncable. Instructions vary by browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, and others). Device-level controls may also apply on mobile browsers.
The Zyncable mobile app uses operating-system permissions (for example notifications) rather than website cookies for those features. See the Privacy Policy for mobile data practices.
6. Changes
If we add new cookie categories or materially change how we use cookies, we will update this Cookie Policy and, where required by law, ask for fresh consent (for example by bumping our consent version so the banner appears again). The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we revise this Policy.
